  • Step 1: Direct Involvement - During the first two weeks, our supervisors are directly involved with each cleaning program and work closely with the custodial staff. Supervisors perform nightly checks and train the custodial staff to inspect their own work after completion.

  • Step 2: Weekly Inspections - During the second two weeks of employment, supervisors perform weekly checks.


  • Step 3: Random Inspections - Supervisors perform random unscheduled inspections thereafter.
